Join us for a relaxed and social wellness experience at Zurich’s unique riverside sauna village, right by the Limmat. This is not a silent spa retreat, but a textile, social sauna where you can chat, move freely, connect with others, and enjoy the atmosphere as a group.

As people arrive, we’ll gather, wait for the group, and enjoy a drink together before heading into the sauna experience.

We’ll spend up to 2 hours alternating between hot saunas, refreshing cold plunges, and relaxed hangouts in the lounge areas — with plenty of time to talk, unwind, and simply be human without pressure.

What to expect:
🔥 Four different saunas (75–100°C Finnish saunas + gentler organic saunas)
❄️ Ice-cold plunges (2–6°C) & outdoor river showers
🧘 Cozy indoor & outdoor relaxation areas
🫖 Bistro with tea, drinks & snacks for post-sauna hangs
🌊 Beautiful views over the Limmat
💬 Social, easy-going vibe (not a silent spa)
If the timing fits, you can also join sauna infusions led by sauna masters — or simply enjoy everything at your own pace.

Practical info:

• Bring swimwear, flip flops, and 2 towels (rentals available on-site)
