What we’re about
The Construction Law Networking Group is run by the successful team of Construction Law barristers at Lamb Chambers - based in the Temple – and will provide an informal forum bringing together construction law professionals with an interest in: how the law operates in the construction industry; from pre-contract negotiations and formation; to adjudications and litigation in the TCC and everything in between!
The group is not just open to lawyers but project managers, QS’s and technical specialists and anyone else who deals with the day-to-day reality of the multiple legal problems thrown up by construction projects.
The Lamb Chambers construction team will post regular mini-updates on important legal issues and TCC cases – and hopefully members will also feel free to flag up problems that they have encountered for discussion on the group’s messaging board. More detailed articles will also be posted directly by the team on the Lamb Chambers’ website.
And, most importantly, there will also be the opportunity for group members to attend networking talks and drinks events run by Lamb Chambers.
