About us
The Consultant Game is a meetup for people who enjoy solving complex business problems and analyzing real-world business failures.
Each session revolves around a struggling business case inspired by real stories and global business situations. Cases may involve restaurants, startups, retail brands, hospitality, services, operational failures, marketing mistakes, financial pressure, internal conflicts, failed expansion decisions, or unexpected business challenges.
In the first meetup, the business case will be presented and discussed together.
After the session, participants will have time during the week to think individually, analyze the case from different angles, and prepare their own ideas or solutions before returning for the next discussion.
Every case is different.
Every problem has layers.
The goal is not only to find solutions, but to train strategic thinking, improve analysis skills, exchange perspectives, and enjoy the process of solving business puzzles with other curious minds.
This is not a lecture or traditional networking event.
