Before The First Case

Welcome to the first session of The Consultant Game in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This session is designed as an introduction to the concept, the community, and the experience behind the group before starting the first real business case in future sessions.

We’ll discuss:

— The idea behind The Consultant Game
— How future sessions will work
— The type of business cases we’ll analyze
— Different ways businesses fail, struggle, or lose direction
— And the thinking process behind analyzing real-world business situations

This is not a lecture or traditional networking meetup.

The goal is to build a focused community of curious minds who genuinely enjoy discussion, analysis, strategy, and solving complex business puzzles together.

Future sessions will involve real-world inspired business cases shared with participants to analyze individually during the week before returning to discuss ideas and solutions together.

The session will only be confirmed once 10 participants or more confirm attendance.

To maintain meaningful discussion and active participation, if attendance interest exceeds 12 participants, a smaller focused group may be selected after the first session through a short form based on engagement, interest, and participation style.
