A: If you are a human, chances are this is for you! The chances are even better if you are interested in mindfulness, meditation, meeting people, learning about yourself, inner work, spiritual growth, having mystical awakenings, or want to try something new on a Saturday afternoon.

A: We go over group agreements at the beginning of the event, but during the practice, if you are speaking to what is alive for you in the present moment, you're almost certainly doing it right!
