Modern Italian Classics – In Person Cooking Class

### Join us for our very first in-person cooking class at The Cooking Studio! Class will be held Friday, June 16th at 6:30PM!

• Classic Caesar Salad
• Fresh Ravioli with corn, scallion and bacon.

In this cooking class, you’ll learn how to make a classic Caesar salad, complete with homemade dressing and crispy croutons. Next, you’ll master the art of fresh pasta-making as we teach you how to make ravioli filled with sweet corn and scallions, cooked to perfection in a rich and savory bacon brown butter sauce. And to top it all off, we’ll end the night on a sweet note with a lesson in making the perfect tiramisu.
