Scala Meetup @ Prosa
Prosa (ADA lokale), Farimagsgade 37A, Copenhagen, DKSave the Date: 25 November 2025 @ Prosa! Join us for an afternoon of connecting with Scala aficionados in Copenhagen! We're excited to bring together local Scala enthusiasts, from seasoned developers to those thinking of starting and exploring the language.
This time will be a shared event with Functional Copenhageners, a meetup for everything related to functional programming. It will be a cozy almost-Christmas session with only a single talk, leaving plenty of time to mingle, network, and share stories.
Christian Rasmussen will be presenting Introduction to Cats Effect, a library in Scala for managing concurrency. It is a core library of the Typelevel stack and we will be seeing how to use it in practice.
