• Equipment: Don't have a racquet? No problem! You can rent one directly at the venue.

  🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy
• 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: Please note that there are no refunds if you cancel within 24 hours of the event, as The HIVE will not issue a refund for the court booking within that timeframe.
  ⚠️ RSVP Policy & Attendance Rules
  *Update Your RSVP: If your plans change, please update your RSVP as soon as possible so someone else can take your spot.
• No-Shows: Failing to update your RSVP and not showing up will result in a "No Show" mark.
  *3-Strike Rule: Accumulating 3 No Show marks will lead to a removal/ban from the meetup group.
