Join us for a rejuvenating and heart-centered outdoor experience along the serene Jordan River Trail (South), near the main pavilion. This special Couples Club gathering is designed to help you and your partner deepen connection, release tension, and align with a new shared vision of identity and purpose.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation focused on anchoring a new identity—individually and as a couple—creating space for clarity, healing, and intention-setting in nature’s calming presence. This mindful practice will support emotional regulation, presence, and relational rewiring.

Following the meditation, enjoy a 30-minute Gentle Vinyasa yoga session and partnering asanas designed to create mutual support, open the spine, heart, and body. The flow will gently move you through poses that help release stored tension and energize the nervous system, leaving you feeling renewed, empowered, and aligned—both within yourself and in your partnership.

What to bring: Yoga mat, water, and a light blanket or jacket for comfort.

Location: Jordan River Trail (South) – exact meeting point shared upon RSVP.

Open to all couples—romantic or platonic—who are looking to connect more deeply and intentionally through movement, couple’s yoga, mindfulness, and a uniquely shared experience.
