DESCRIPTION:
Warm up your holiday season with a cozy and delicious Swiss tradition! In this class, we’ll gather around the raclette grill to melt gooey cheese and pair it with a spread of festive accompaniments—roasted potatoes, cured meats, pickled vegetables, and seasonal treats. Chef Mark will guide you through the art of building the perfect raclette plate and share tips for creating a fun, interactive holiday party at home. We will also be sampling some fabulous wines this evening!

Attendees for this class must be 21 years of age or older.
Please be sure to remember your government issued I.D.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

• You will work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructor.
• You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
