We’re turning fear of rejection into a public workout.

This isn’t therapy — it’s training for your nervous system.

For 90 minutes, we’ll walk through Amsterdam doing small, funny “courage reps”: short social dares that stretch your comfort zone and remind you that awkwardness isn’t fatal.

We’ll split into five groups of two and co-create our Courage Cards together.
Each group will brainstorm and draw a few funny social challenges — all approved on arrival, so everyone feels safe and excited.

Depending on the group’s comfort level, you might:
• Ask a stranger for a high-five and celebrate when they say no.
• Try to buy coffee for ten cents off.
• Give someone a compliment so absurd it makes you both laugh.
• Sing three seconds of a song in a park.
• Ask for advice from a random “mentor” about a life choice.
• Sketch a stranger and try to “sell” them your bad art for a euro.
• Attempt the “Big Ask” — like borrowing €100 from a stranger — and enjoy the hilariously inevitable no.

Half the joy is watching each other fail gloriously.
Afterward, we’ll grab a drink, swap stories, and notice how light our bodies feel when fear stops running the show.

Bring comfortable shoes, curiosity, and a sense of humor.
No pep talks, no gurus — just courage in motion.

You might even make friends, who knows...
