Welcome witches, wildlings and weavers!

In this group I host regular in-person gatherings for people of all genders in Hamburg, blending embodiment practices and ritual spaces. Together, we walk the path from what is exquisitely sensual and earthy into the realm of our primal essence.

I bring into these circles my passion for embodiment and somatics, ecstatic dance, hypnosis, sound, archetypes, mythology, nature and Her cycles, foraging and plant potions. These threads come together to create spaces that are both mystical and grounded, where ritual meets the body, and where play, soul nourishment and connection co-exist.
My approach is gentle and down-to-earth, spiritual yet evidence-based, trauma-informed, inclusive, and rooted in decolonial principles.
