An embodied ritual journey for women* ready to reconnect with the wisdom of their body and the raw power of their sensuality - not just as an idea, but as a living, pulsing, felt experience.
​For two consecutive days we will meet at the lush forest house of Heilgarten (inside) to dance with the Deep Body Movement® and the 4 Elements [Earth, Water, Air, Fire] as portals to a somatic journey of descent into our body.

​· A ritual journey through the 4 elements [Earth, Water, Air, Fire] as archetypal gateways, a ritual map to your inner terrain;
​· Somatic modalities: 4 embodied movement / dance journeys based on the Deep Body Method®, voice, breath, and self-touch;
​· Lush plant allies: jute rope, botanically infused anointing oil, incense, tincture, and candles;
​· Pleasure, sensuality, and connection with nature as paths to healing;
​· A small circle of sisters (max 6 participants): because healing is relational.

​· …want to reclaim their sensuality, listen to their bodies, and live a luscious, liberated life;
​· …want to feel more aligned, self-aware, and empowered;
​· …may have done therapy and/or inner work but still feel anxious, depressed, dysregulated, sleepless, in chronic pain, or disconnected from themselves;
​· …are ready to commit to two consecutive days of deep bodywork: dancing with their shadows, listening to their impulses, and alchemizing pain and desire into liberation.

​ɴᴏᴛ ꜱᴜɪᴛᴀʙʟᴇ ꜰᴏʀ ᴡᴏᴍᴇɴ* ᴡʜᴏ…
​· …are currently experiencing an acute mental health crisis. Embodiment and somatic practices can beautifully complement psychotherapy, but this is a group experience. I won’t be able to offer one-on-one support, so each participant is responsible for their own wellbeing. If you’re unsure whether this is right for you, feel free to reach out: we can talk it through together.
​· …are not open to being in the presence of the sacred sensuality of the body. Some of us may peel away layers of clothing to feel our skin awaken under movement and self-touch. You can stay as dressed or undressed as you like, but expect to be surrounded by women reclaiming the raw, erotic aliveness of their own bodies. This is a ritual space where women honor their bodies as vessels of wisdom, power, and pleasure, celebrating sensuality as a personal and sacred experience, without any sexual or sensual interaction between participants.

​Somatic modalities: interoception, small movement, Deep Body Movement© journey
​Sensual practice with plant ally: soothing self-tying with jute rope.
​
​- Lunch break & personal time in the forest (1h)
​
​- Afternoon:
​🜄 WATER portal - from Stagnation to Flow
​Somatic modalities: womb and pelvis work, non-linear movement, Deep Body Movement® journey
​Sensual practice with plant ally: sensual self-massage with botanically infused anointing oil.
​
​- Participants return home for the night.

​Sunday, November 9th | 10.30 - 17.30

​- Morning:

​Somatic modalities: breath, voice (pelvis-throat axis activation), Deep Body Movement© journey
​Sensual practice with plant ally: incense, carrier of sacred messages.
​
​- Lunch break & personal time in the forest (1h)

​- Afternoon:
​🜂 FIRE portal - from Repression to Transformation
​Somatic modalities: expressive body, Authentic Movement and mutual witnessing, Deep Body Movement® journey
​Sensual practice with plant ally: aromatic candles, stirring your inner fire.

# 🌀 INTUITIVE DANCE PRACTICE

​Through breath, rhythm, and grounded awareness, we’ll explore how the body wants to move when it’s given space to speak. Come as you are: no choreography, no performance, just movement as a way of listening.
​This is a guided journey, yet no one will tell you how to move. The facilitator creates a container and gives you prompts that allow you to connect the layers of your being: the physical body that moves, the emotional body that feels, and the archetypal body that dreams and remembers.
​Each gesture becomes part of your dialogue with the earth beneath you: a dance of grounding, release, and return.
​No dance experience needed: only curiosity and a willingness to feel.
​Expect a soundscape of ethereal voices, ritual rhythms, and dark folk textures, guiding you into deeper layers of movement.
