Let’s start the week journaling together :)

Journaling invites introspection and reflection, it helps clear the mind from all the noise. It’s a practice that opens space for creativity and lets ideas flow.

Whether you journal regularly or you’ve never tried it before, the proposal is to enjoy a delicious breakfast in a beautiful spot in the heart of Rome, take some quiet time to write, and begin the week with clarity and intention. We’ll make some exercises of creative writing and then we’ll write together, each at our own pace, with quiet moments for personal reflection and moments to share as a group if you feel comfortable.

The event is open to women only.
This is a paid activity, the fee includes the buffet breakfast.
