We all say that we want to journal, but very few of us actually do. This group provides the time and space for you to journal. After a brief introduction, there will be no talking. Just you and your emotions. You, your pen and your journal. You will come face-to-face with yourself, the real you.
There is absolutely no need to share anything, but at the end of the event, you may share a little if you believe that your contribution may help others.
Prompts will be provided if you don't know what to write about, but please bring your journal!
