Join me to chat about how we’ve been connected to (or disconnected from) our creativity lately, what interests/excites us, and what has been holding us back. I'll provide a few prompts to journal on for the first 15-20 minutes, and then we'll dig in as a group! No creative background required; this is for anyone wanting to bring more creativity into their life.

Join me for a creative show and tell: bring something you're excited about - whether you created it or not!

• a poem or story (under ~5 minutes please)
• a song
• a painting, photograph, drawing, doodle, scarf, origami crane
• the list goes on - this is the most open of open mics (also, there will be no mic)

Works in progress welcome! This is a safe, relaxed space to share what you've been working on or to chat about something cool/inspiring you found.
