Discussion Session: The Creative Act: A Way of Being by Rick Rubin @Flevopark

Join us for an exciting exploration of creativity, inspired by Rick Rubin’s The Creative Act: A Way of Being. Whether you're an artist, entrepreneur, teacher, scientist, or just someone curious about tapping into your creative potential, this meetup is for everyone.

We'll start by reading a section from the book, which usually takes around 3-4 minutes, then open the floor to a moderated discussion. We will take turns and express what comes to mind and take it from there. It is good to have a pen and paper if you want to jot down stuff while others are expressing their views. No experience required—just bring your thoughts, your questions, and an open mind.

This isn't just a discussion about art or creative professions. It’s about discovering how a creative mindset can transform how we approach work, relationships, and life itself. Together, we’ll explore how to stay connected to creativity and cultivate a way of living that energizes and inspires us all.

Some more info:
- We will be meeting outside in Flevopark. So please bring something to sit on the grass, water, optionally some hot beverages, and possibly some games that we can play outside after our discussion, like frisbees. (I would love to play some)
- It seems like it will not rain, but it is cold. So love yourself with some layers. If it rains, we will find some place on Javaplein which is like 4 minutes from Flevopark, for our discussion.
