Hungry for hugs?

The Cuddle Club is a guided group space for exploring mindful connection, presence, and consent-based touch in a small, carefully held setting (2–6 participants).

Through simple, structured exercises and shared presence, we explore:
how it feels to be in contact with others in a slow, intentional way
how to notice and communicate personal boundaries and needs
how connection can feel grounded, respectful, and pressure-free. At the end there is open space to explore and connect freely.
Everything is platonic, consent-based, and always optional.

This space is about building relational awareness and embodied communication skills that can be integrated into everyday life.
