Join us for **Hot Girl Ruck**, a bi-weekly meetup where women come together to build real-world strength, resilience, and connection through purposeful movement and meaningful conversation.

Each ruck is a chance to walk, talk, and grow alongside like-minded women who are focused on positive mindset, personal growth, and community. We cover topics ranging from challenges and opportunities to habits and goals—whatever’s real and relevant that day.

No ego, no comparison—just women walking strong, cheering each other on, and getting better together.

If you’re ready to elevate your fitness, cultivate grace under load, and find a crew that has your back, this is your space. All levels welcome.

We’ll gather at Katelyn’s and head out for our ruck—weather permitting. The walk sets the tone, helping us shift out of the week’s noise and into embodied presence.
