🌿 Forest Bathing & Beverages 🌿@ K.G. Beltline Trail (Yonge & Davisville)

Let's connect with nature and enjoy this oasis in the city, the Kay Gardner Beltline Trail!

We'll meet at the Second Cup at 3:30 pm and then walk down Yonge to the stairs that lead to the Beltline at 3:45 pm.

In the spirit of the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing, I will not be checking my phone after 3:45 pm! Healing in the forest: a guide to forest bathing

After our walk, we will return to the Second Cup around 4:45 pm to chat over refreshments. If there's no room, we'll walk up Yonge and try out some green outdoor seating :)
