If, like me, you struggle to balance fitness with family life then perhaps this is the run group for you.

Join me for the first ever organized run for The Dad Bod Squad. Currently it is a group of one but I’m excited to be in a new town with my family and making some new friends aka running buddies.

This Java Run is going to be super chill.

8am meet, chat, stretch

9am meet back at parking lot
