About us
The Daily Grind Roasters Collective is for anyone interested in learning about coffee roasting or improving their roasting skills. Whether you're brand new to roasting, experimenting at home with a heat gun and a colander, or already running a small roaster, this group is a place to show up, ask questions, and figure things out together. We meet regularly to roast coffee, talk through what's working and what isn't, and share the stuff we're learning along the way.
We keep things pretty low-key and hands-on. Bring beans you want to experiment with, or just come watch and ask questions. If you've got a roasting setup, bring it. If you don't, you can learn by doing on someone else's equipment or just take part in the conversation. The goal is to build some community around roasting and give everyone a chance to get better at their craft without any pretension.
No experience necessary, and no one's going to judge your roasts. We're all just trying to figure out how to bring out the best in our beans and have some fun in the process.
