📢 Did you know your body is wrapped in a living web that connects every muscle, organ, and cell? This web is called fascia, and it plays a vital role in how you move, heal, and feel every day.

Join us for an illuminating workshop with Jenn Stoudt, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Birth Doula, and Certified Myofascial Release Practitioner with years of experience helping clients find freedom from pain and tension. Jenn has trained extensively in the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release® Approach, a world-renowned therapy focused on restoring balance through gentle, sustained touch. She is passionate about teaching others how fascia impacts everyday life and how small, mindful techniques can create big shifts in health and mobility.

In this session, Jenn will guide you through:
🌿 Fascia 101 – what it is, how it works, and why it matters for long-term health
🌿 Healthy vs. restricted tissue – how to recognize when fascia is causing tension or discomfort
🌿 The power of gentle touch – why subtle, sustained pressure often works better than force
🌿 Interactive exploration – a simple, hands-on exercise to help you feel fascia release in action
🌿 Practical applications – how fascia awareness can enhance everyday wellness and complement other healing practices
🌿 Next steps – resources for deepening your fascia journey and connecting with local practitioners

Whether you’re new to bodywork, a wellness professional, or simply curious about the body’s hidden intelligence, this workshop will open your eyes to a whole new dimension of healing.

Come discover how gentle touch can unlock deep healing, restore balance, and help you move more freely in daily life.
