DUSO Rehearsal no.242 & Membership voting on Bylaws to become a nonprofit

DUSO is updating its Bylaws as we prepare to become a formal nonprofit organization and pursue 501(c)(3) status.

The goal is to create a simple, transparent governance structure while preserving member voting rights and the Music Director’s artistic leadership.

We need all current members to attend in order to vote. In your email, you will see a quick summary for voting members.
