Biodanza - The Dance of Life Workshop

Join us for Biodanza - the Dance of Life on Sunday 30 March at YMa in Pontypridd.

Come along for relaxed music, movement and connection. Our theme for the session is connecting to and nurturing our inner light. We will do this through dance and connection, with relaxation too to ensure that we leave the session shining brightly inside and out. Biodanza nurtures and stimulates the healthy part of us so that we can flourish and thrive in life. Together with our companions we will explore the themes of nurturing and celebrating our light within.
Cost is £15/£10 concession (pay online in advance or cash on the door).
