Biodanza - The Dance of Life Workshop

Join us for Biodanza - the Dance of Life on Sunday 13th April at YMa in Pontypridd.

Come along for relaxed music, movement and connection. Biodanza nurtures and stimulates the healthy part of us so that we can flourish and thrive in life.
