FREE TASTER Session - Sunday 7 September 2.30pm-4:30pm of Biodanza.

Join us and find out for yourself how Biodanza - The Dance of Life helps you reconnect to the joy within through music, movement and connection with ourself and others. Our group meets on Sunday afternoons every two weeks and all are welcome. This will be the 1st session of the term and so a great opportunity to come along and give it a try!

We will have a 1.5hr workshop followed by optional tea or coffee.
