Biodanza - The Dance of Life Workshop

Join us for Biodanza - the Dance of Life on Sunday 21st September at Sardis Chapel in Pontypridd.

Come along for relaxed music, movement and connection. Biodanza nurtures and stimulates the healthy part of us so that we can flourish and thrive in life.

There will be a 90min Biodanza session followed by refreshments.

Cost is £10/£7 concession (pay online in advance or cash on the door).
