Biodanza - The Dance of Life Workshop - Shining our light!

Join us for Biodanza - the Dance of Life at Sardis Chapel in Pontypridd.

Come along for a festive special with relaxed music, movement and connection. Biodanza nurtures and stimulates the healthy part of us so that we can flourish and thrive in life.

There will be a 90min Biodanza session followed by refreshments.

Cost is £10/£7 concession (pay online in advance or cash on the door). £5 for first class.
