Biodanza - The Dance of Life Workshop

Join us for joyful movement, music and connection that will nurture your wellbeing, release any tensions and stimulate joy. We are a group that meet every two weeks in the lovely venue of Sardis Chapel in Pontypridd.

All welcome. This is a beginner's group. The session will be 1.5hrs followed by refreshments.

Cost £10/£7 concessions. £5 for first class.
