The Dancehall Sisterhood Brunch (Founding Meetup)
This is our first brunch circle — a small, curated meet-up for women in NYC who love dancehall/reggae music, love to dance, and are craving real friendships (fun, kind, inspiring, grounded). We’re Brooklyn-based, open to all NYC.
What to expect (2 hours)

• Arrive + order (10 min)
• Quick intros (20 min): name, neighborhood, and a favorite dancehall/reggae song or artist
• Guided conversation (45 min): a few prompts to help people actually connect (not awkward small talk)
• Open hang + next plans (45 min): we’ll talk upcoming brunches + future dancehall nights out

Who this is for
Women (moms + non-moms) who want genuine connection and bring good energy. You don’t need to be an “expert” — just love the music.

How to find us
I’ll message confirmed attendees the day before with the exact table/location details so we can keep it smooth. Please arrive on time — we’ll start intros about 10 minutes after the posted start time.

Kindness and respect always. No selling/promoting services. Please respect privacy (no posting faces without consent). We follow venue rules. This is a 420-friendly community vibe (no pressure either way), but brunch is not centered around consumption, and there’s no buying/selling/trading of anything.
