The Chief Data Scientist

Purpose:

Per a recent McKinsey study, more and more organizations assume that a greater share of their bottom line will be generated by data and analytics. But monetizing insights is challenging. To effectively manage the insights pipeline a leader needs a combination of technical and quantitative skills, political deftness and strong visioning and leadership abilities. In most organizations this role is called the Chief Data Scientist.
