What we’re about
Dating is confusing. Let’s make sense of it together.
Welcome to The Date Lab: a supportive space for thoughtful people who want to feel more confident, grounded, and connected in their dating lives.
We offer live online (and sometimes in-person) events that help you reflect, learn, and grow.
Whether you’re just starting to date, getting back out there, or discouraged, but still hopeful… you’re in the right place.
What you’ll find here:
- Free workshops and webinars on where to meet people, emotional awareness, online dating, confidence, and more
- Deeper paid workshops to help you identify and shift your dating patterns
- Occasional in-person events (in and around Los Angeles) designed to learn how to connect
This group is for you if:
- You’re self-aware and curious
- You want dating to feel less transactional and more human
- You’re looking for guidance, not gimmicks
- You appreciate a little humor and a lot of honesty
I'm building an active, engaged community — so members are expected to show up, participate, and respect the space. If you’re just browsing or inactive for too long, you may be removed (no hard feelings).
💬 Who runs this?
