It’s not only the grief that follows the death of someone we love, but also the quiet ache that comes with the loss of a pet, the end of a relationship, a career shift, or a dream that has changed. This season can stir up memories and tenderness in ways that are hard to name.

Join us as we come together to pause, breathe, and care for ourselves in community.
