Thoughtful Thursdays - Peer Support Group for Life, Death & Grief
Details
We gather in this space because we believe that sharing is a form of healing.
Grief touches every human life - through death, change, transition, endings, and the quiet heartbreaks that don’t always have names. When we speak our grief aloud (or simply sit beside others who are speaking theirs), something inside us loosens. We are reminded that we’re not meant to carry it alone.
This is a peer-led circle where everyone’s experience is honored. You are invited to come just as you are, there is no fixing here, no advice-giving, no pressure to perform or prove. We simply meet each other as humans.
What to Expect
• A field of loving care and gentle presence
• The invitation to share what feels heavy or tender in your life right now
• Permission to participate in silence if that is your comfort for the day
• Facilitated conversation that is acknowledging, and compassionate
Hosted by Grief Coach Lori Krause and End of Life Coach Rhonda LoPresti—two guides who have spent many years accompanying others through grief, loss, and transformation.
You’re welcome here. Whether your grief is fresh or old, loud or quiet, known or unnamed - there is space for you.
