Support for our Grieving Community - Guided Discussion & Educational Workshop
Details
Grief isn’t only something we experience after a death. We grieve relationships, careers, dreams, and a changing sense of safety, and many of us are also grieving the state of the world itself. These everyday griefs are often unspoken, yet they shape how we navigate life and care for one another. Many of us are wondering how to stay engaged with what’s happening in the world while also caring for our own mental and emotional well-being.
This 90-minute interactive, donation-based grief workshop explores grief as a life skill - one that helps us adapt to unwanted change, understand what we need to cope, and remain open to compassion for others during times of distress and communal grief.
This workshop offers grief education, guided sharing, community connection, and a grounding practice to support living well and caring for others during times of communal grief. The Death Network was founded with community, curiosity, and connection at its core, and this workshop with grief coaches Wendy Kessler and Claudia Faerber reflects that intention — creating space to be honest, present, and human together.
This workshop is for those seeking helpful, practical ways to understand and navigate everyday grief as it shows up in daily life. Whether your grief feels clear or hard to name, you are welcome here — to learn, reflect, and be in community with others who are also finding their way.
Created for those looking for helpful ways to navigate everyday grief as it weaves through daily life, this space welcomes both the named and unnamed losses we carry. Come to learn, reflect, and sit in community with others walking a similar path.
This workshop is offered by donation to keep it accessible to all. Your support helps us continue creating community spaces like this. Venmo: @thedeathnetwork
