Whenever you’re finding yourself in a loop, replaying an experience, or drawing a harsh and limiting conclusions about yourself based on the actions or inactions you took or are struggling to take, there’s a good chance that there is a story at work beneath the surface that is likely keeping you stuck. These stuck stories often show up in times of great transition, loss, and grief.
Join narrative-therapy trained social worker, podcast host, and author of Grief is a Sneaky Bitch, Lisa Keefauver for a 2-hour writing workshop using poetry, prose, and writing prompts to help you discover the underlying narratives that are getting in your way. These techniques can help unlock a new preferred story that will help participants find a more meaningful path forward.
