Sacred Weekend of Stillness, Meditation & Support for Women Navigating Grief After the Loss of a Partner, Spouse, or Soulmate
When the person you built your life with — your soulmate, your beloved — is no longer here, everything shifts.
Grief doesn’t just ache in your heart — it alters the entire shape of your world. It leaves you standing in a new, unfamiliar life you never asked for. It can feel lonely, out of sync with the world around you, and impossible to put into words.
This gentle and nurturing 2-day virtual meditation retreat is created for women walking the sacred path of grief — for the sensitive souls who have loved deeply, lost profoundly, and are now wondering:
“Who am I now, without them?”
This online weekend retreat is a supportive space to pause, to breathe, and to connect with other women who understand. It’s not about fixing you — because you are not broken. It’s about being witnessed, supported, and reminded that you are not alone in your grief.

Retreat Highlights
Over the course of the weekend, you’ll be guided through meditations, mindful walking, optional gentle yoga, virtual community meals, and sacred grief-sharing circles. Whether you speak, cry, reflect, or simply listen — all is welcome.
Some moments will be still and soothing, others may stir the heart — but throughout, you’ll be held in a circle of women who know the depth of love and loss, and who are walking this path beside you.

It shattered the life I’d built with him — and yet, in that darkness, I found tools that helped me breathe through the unimaginable: meditation, mindful movement, community.
I am not here to heal you. I am here to sit with you, to share what has helped me, and to hold space as we walk this path together.
This retreat is for you if:
- You have experienced the loss of a spouse, partner, or soulmate.
- You feel disconnected from the surface world and crave heart-centered connection.
- You are seeking meaning, comfort, or gentle transformation through your grief.
- You wish to be seen, heard, and supported by others who deeply understand.
You are not alone.
You are not broken.
You are becoming.
Come as you are. Tender hearts, heavy hearts, healing hearts — all are welcome here.
