A Weekend of Sacred Stillness, Meditation, & Connection for Those Grieving a Partner, Spouse, or Soulmate
When you lose the person you built your life with — your soulmate, your beloved, your partner — everything changes.
Grief doesn’t just break your heart; it reshapes your entire world. It leaves you standing at the threshold of a life you never imagined living without them. It can feel isolating, out of sync with the “normal” world, and it can forever change you in ways that words can hardly describe.
This special 3-day online meditation retreat is for conscious grievers — the deep feelers who loved deeply, lost profoundly, and now find themselves asking:
“Who am I without them?”
Together, we’ll create a sacred, supportive space to sit with what is, to meditate gently, and to find moments of connection with others who truly understand. This weekend is not about fixing you — because you are not broken. It is about being seen, held, and reminded that you are not alone.
What to Expect
Throughout the weekend, we’ll move together through guided meditations, walking meditations, optional gentle yoga movement, virtual meals, and our conscious grief circles, where you can share your story, your memories, your silence — or just listen and receive.
Some moments will feel spacious and quiet; others will open your heart to the shared truth that we are forever changed, but never alone.

Hi, I’m Ashlee Sunshine, creator of Sunshine Paradise Retreat, yoga teacher, and holistic lifestyle guide. I design sacred spaces for professionals to find balance, peace, and well-being. In March 2025, my partner and soulmate passed away after complications from a brain aneurysm rupture. It shattered the life I’d built with him — and yet, in that darkness, I found tools that helped me breathe through the unimaginable: meditation, mindful movement, community.
I am not here to heal you. I am here to sit with you, to share what has helped me, and to hold space as we walk this path together.
This retreat is for you if:

- You feel disconnected from the surface world and crave heart-centered connection.
- You are seeking meaning, comfort, or gentle transformation through your grief.
- You wish to be seen, heard, and supported by others who deeply understand.
