The Deep Rest Club London is a space for creatives, professionals, and busy thinkers to step out of constant doing and experience deep, guided rest.
We host regular Yoga Nidra sessions across central London designed to help regulate the nervous system, reduce mental overload, and restore clarity without effort or performance.
Yoga Nidra is a guided practice done lying down comfortably. There is no movement, stretching, or meditation experience required. You simply arrive, settle, and allow the body and mind to rest while being gently guided into a state between wakefulness and sleep.
Many people leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more grounded, often describing the experience as a full reset for the mind.
This group is for you if you:
• work in creative or high-pressure environments
• find it hard to switch off after work
• feel mentally tired but physically wired
• want deep rest without spiritual pressure or fitness expectations
• are curious about meditation but prefer guidance
Sessions take place in calm, thoughtfully chosen venues including candlelit studios and creative spaces in central London.
No experience needed. No performance required. Just arrive, lie down, and rest.
