Sahaja Yoga Meditation was started by HH Shri Mataji in1970.
Her unique method enables everyone to receive "Self-Realisation".
Self-Realisation occurs when the "Kundalini" – a feminine force dormant in the "O Sacrum" at the base of our spine – is awakened and rises, emerging through the "Fontanelle" on top of our head.
Sahaja Yoga is the simple technique which supports our Self-Realisation. It enables us to tap into this awakened inner energy and harness its power to balance and deeply connect to our selves.
All Sahaja Yoga sessions include structured, guided meditations. We can experience the silence of meditation and are given the tools to meditate at home from the start.1 attendee
