Saturday Afternoon Board Gaming

Everyone that has been coming to this Meetup is probably aware that we have been having difficulty in finding one place that will host us at a consistent time. Enchanted Grounds is the preferred location, but there is a problem in that they often have tournaments that take all the table space during the times we would be there. Plus, they are insistent that we use their parlor table reservations times, which are either 9:30 or 1pm.

So we have had to be flexible and change things up. We are intending to try to play at Mythic Games on days when EG is expected to be extremely busy. How often will that be? I'm not sure. I will change the location on the individual Meetups events as needed.

When we play at EG, the idea is that we get the 1 PM reservations. On those days, we can try to come early, and if it is not too busy as happens sometimes, we can get an early start. But there is NO GUARANTEE. It is possible that we could have to wait until 1pm.

When we play at Mythic Games, we will need to arrive when they open at 10am to insure we can grab space.

Right now, these are the 2 options. I am trying to be accommodating, but please remember that we're doing the best we can to provide for the most people we can.
