Join us for opening weekend of the Golden Farmers Market in Golden, CO!
After hearing how many of us love spending time in the Golden area, this felt like the perfect outing for us to do together.
We’ll start the morning wandering the market with coffee in hand before heading out for one of my favorite easy hikes nearby — the Peaks to Plains / Welch Ditch Loop. The trail is a 2.8-mile loop with beautiful canyon views, rushing water, and a peaceful scenic path that’s perfect for conversation and a slow Sunday morning outdoors.
The hike is just about a 5–10 minute drive from the farmers market, and there is parking available at the trail entrance.

☕ 10:00am — Meet at the entrance of Golden Farmers Market
🌸 Wander local vendors + grab coffee/snacks
🥾 Around 11:15am — Head to the trail for the hike
🧺 Optional sit-down/picnic moment afterward if the group is up for it
This event is free to attend! Please bring water, sunscreen, and comfortable walking shoes. The hike will be beginner-friendly and more social than strenuous.
