Are you looking for different ways to add protein (dairy and soy free) into your diet? Are you interested in learning about smoothies that can improve your skin health, give you more energy, and/or incorporate a lot of nutrition into a small drink for you and/or your family? Would you like to learn about some specific superfoods to easily incorporate? Discussion, handouts, smoothie demonstrations along with taste testing and recipes will be shared. In addition, we will talk about the benefits to consuming smoothies and tips/ideas on how to get children involved in making and eating healthy smoothies.
