What we’re about
The Dev Leaders Lunch Club is a hand-curated peer-networking experience for senior engineering leaders (CTOs, VPs, Heads of Engineering) leading teams, driving delivery, and shaping technical strategy.
Why this exists
As dev leaders you juggle people, process, tech and growth and yet you often lack a safe space for candid, peer-to-peer conversations. In our community you’ll meet a peer in your role who gets it: the trade-offs, the hiring pain, the delivery challenges, the “what’s next” questions. It’s not a pitch fest or formal workshop - just real talk between two engineering leaders.
How it works
1️⃣ Sign up. Tell us who you are (role, team size, company stage, location).
2️⃣ Get matched. Every month we ask you what you’re curious about, what you’re wrestling with. Then we hand-pair you with a fellow senior engineering leader dealing with the same challenges.
3️⃣ Meet virtual or in-person. Choose a date/time that suits you. If you prefer, meet via Zoom; if you're local and want an in-person lunch, that’s an option too.
🔁 Repeat (or skip!). You’ll receive a fresh match each month. Participate when it works for you. No obligation, no pressure.
