THE DINK TO DEALS NETWORK (Pickleball Club)

Where Triangle Executives Build Trusted Relationships on the Pickleball Court
Get started here: www.dinktodeals.com
Most professional networking is too crowded, too transactional, and too easy to forget.
You meet people. You exchange brief introductions. You intend to follow up. Then the week takes over, and the connection never becomes a relationship.
The relationships that actually move business forward are built differently. They require trust, context, consistency, and enough shared time to understand how someone thinks, communicates, and leads.
That is why Dink to Deals is not another mixer or coffee-chat group.
It is a structured executive conversation followed by pickleball because real connection happens faster when people are talking, moving, competing, laughing, and playing together.
At Dink to Deals, Triangle executives and business leaders build meaningful relationships beyond the usual networking room. Instead of forced small talk and transactional introductions, we create space for real connection through thoughtful conversation, shared play, and time on the court.
A few dinks, drives, and smashes can open the door to trusted business relationships, strategic introductions, and genuine friendships.

The Pickleball Advantage
Pickleball creates a different kind of business environment.
It is easy to learn, competitive enough to be engaging, and social enough to make conversation feel natural. In one morning, you can learn more about how someone communicates, competes, encourages, leads, and handles pressure than you might learn in several traditional networking meetings.
That is what makes the court powerful.
What Makes Dink to Deals Different
A Higher-Quality Room
Designed for executives, business owners, PE/M&A professionals, advisors, and senior leaders who value serious relationships over surface-level networking.
Structured Connection
The Executive Exchange Hour gives everyone a clear format, equal airtime, and better conversations than a typical mixer.
Business Without the Hard Sell
No pitching inside the session. The goal is trust first, business second.
Efficient Use of Time
In three hours, you get breakfast, a meaningful executive conversation, and two hours of pickleball — then you are back to your day with stronger local connections.
Shared Experience
Pickleball creates a natural way to see how people communicate, compete, encourage, and lead. That makes the relationship more real than another quick coffee meeting.
Weekly Consistency
Trusted relationships are built over time. Meeting every Thursday gives the group rhythm, familiarity, and momentum.

“I started playing pickleball as a way to stay active, but what I found was something far more valuable: a natural setting for building genuine relationships. The conversations that happen before, during, and after play create a level of trust that is hard to manufacture in a traditional networking room. I have seen introductions, partnerships, mentorships, and friendships grow out of this format. When people share an experience together, a real connection follows.”
