The Format
8:00 to 9:00 AM: Executive Exchange Hour. A structured round robin conversation with equal airtime for everyone. No selling.
9:00 to 11:00 AM: Pickleball Play. Courts organized by skill level, competitive and social.

What to Expect Your First Time
Arrive at 8:00 AM for light breakfast and structured introductions. You will be guided through the Executive Exchange Hour. Pickleball begins at 9:00 AM. Courts are organized by skill level. Newer players are welcome. No pitching is allowed during the session.

Who Belongs in the Room
CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite executives. Presidents and directors of established companies. Business owners with teams, clients, payroll, and pressure. Fractional executives serving multiple companies. PE principals and M&A advisors. Triangle professionals who want a higher quality room.

What to Bring
Court shoes or clean athletic shoes. A paddle if you have one; loaner paddles are available. Business cards if you use them.
