Religion: A Genealogy of Themes, Thinkers & Theories

Humans have been thinking critically about religion for at least thousands of years. Theories, themes and thinkers come and go - and then often pop up again in new and unexpected ways. In this new presentation Mike Stone will show how different theories of religion have influenced each other, and certain themes and thinkers resurface. The session will also outline current thinking on why the majority of people on our planet consider themselves to be religious.
