Autumn Equinox Breathwork & Ritual Experience

Join me for a special breathwork and ritual experience to honor the Autumn Equinox at @thedragonandtherose, and cultivate inner luminosity as we transition to darker days. 🌬️🍂

In this deeply grounding practice, you will use the breath to balance the body’s energy channels and bring clear focus during this seasonal shift. Building rituals around personal cycles—and the cycles unfolding in the natural world—offers a meaningful way to mark transitions and honor the ebb and flow of our own energy.

The Autumn Equinox supports our search for stability and centeredness, honoring the interplay of light and dark, yin and yang, cycles of growth and renewal, and the transition from one chapter to the next, making it an ideal time for balancing practices, ritual, and reflection.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything you need to comfortably rest. Chairs are provided if you prefer to stay seated.

We suggest bringing your own Rider-Waite deck to work with during the class, but if you do not have one, any Tarot deck will do. The store has Rider-Waite and other decks available for purchase before the class.
