🌿 An evening walk in Amsterdamse Bos with meditation, & grounding

Join us for a walk through the forest - connecting with trees, trails, lakes, and whatever else supports your connection to nature.

This gathering is especially for spiritually minded, sensitive, and energy-aware people who love being in nature and meeting like-hearted others. We’ll begin with a short guided meditation, then walk together and meet each other in Presence. Midway, we’ll pause for a grounding practice in the forest.

At the end, you’re welcome to stay a little longer—to connect more deeply with others or simply rest in the stillness.

This is a lightly guided space - not a hike or a silent retreat. Come as you are.

✅ Meeting Point & Flow:

We’ll gather just outside the Boswinkel entrance, a quiet spot with benches where you can settle in while waiting for others to arrive.

From there, we’ll walk to a peaceful area for the opening meditation, then begin our deeper journey through the forest.

We’ll return and close the circle near the Boswinkel at the end of the walk.

This event is free to attend. If you feel called, a small donation (€3–5) is welcome to support the cost of maintaining the Meetup group.

ℹ️ Practical Notes:

🧘 Bring water and wear comfortable shoes for walking on forest trails
🕡 Please arrive on time—we leave promptly at 18:10 and cannot accommodate late arrivals
🌅 Weather forecast: currently dry for the time of the walk, though bringing a light raincoat could be a good idea
🚶 We’ll walk about 5–6 km at a relaxed, moderate pace, with pauses for meditation and grounding
